The general application deadline for the NIPPON INNOVATION TRYOUT (NIT), which seeks innovative solutions and business plans addressing global challenges, is rapidly approaching. Applications must be submitted by 6:00 PM on December 20th. We look forward to receiving applications from entrepreneurs aiming to make a global impact through international expansion.

Proposals will be evaluated based on their societal and economic impact, feasibility, team structure, and organizational capabilities. Following document screening and interviews, the selected participants will be announced on March 15th.

Successful applicants will receive research and development funding ranging from 5 million to 30 million yen. They will also gain negotiation rights with membership corporations, including major companies and VCs, regarding equity investment. Additional support includes financing and commercialization advice, assistance with talent acquisition, and participation in matching events.
